The University of Oviedo offers the possibility of taking subjects or courses of the degrees it offers to people who are interested in broadening their knowledge if they meet the access requirements.
Spanish or foreign students interested in broadening their knowledge not leading to official degrees may apply for enrolment as visiting students in individual subjects or courses of the degrees offered by the University of Oviedo.
Requirements
It is an essential requirement to accredit that you meet the necessary conditions for access to official university studies in the corresponding country. Enrolment will be understood to be for the academic year for which it has been authorised.
Applications must be submitted to the General Registry or the Auxiliary Registries addressed to the Vice-Rector for Students, who, after a report from the Dean/Director of the centre, will be responsible for authorising enrolment, which will be subject, in all cases, to the teaching capacity of the centre in which the subjects or courses are taught and to the nature of the study requested.
They will also provide an accident insurance policy that will cover, as a minimum, the following risks: death due to accident, medical-pharmaceutical expenses, absolute permanent disability, and major disability.
