Erasmus grants for people with special needs

The EU is launching a call for additional mobility grants for Erasmus students in the form of study and traineeships, including participants in Intensive Programmes (IP) and Erasmus Intensive Language Courses (EILC) and teaching and non-teaching staff with special needs (severe disability).

The European Commission has adopted a general policy with the aim of integrating people with disabilities in all Community programmes and actions, particularly in the field of education.

The implementation of this policy in the field of mobility in higher education involves promoting conditions that enable people with disabilities to participate as fully as possible in Community mobility programmes for students, teachers, and other staff of higher education institutions.
