The landscape of scientific research in this discipline and the current situation of law according the effective judicial protection in Tax Law will be addressed.
The II National Meeting of Teachers of Financial and Tax Law will take place in the Auditorium of the Historic Building during the next 6th and 7th of October. This event has been organized by the teachers Manuela Fernández Junquera, Isabel García-Ovies and Begoña Sesma Sánchez, all of them from the Financial and Tax Law Department of the University of Oviedo.
This meeting aims to analyze, on the one hand, the landscape of scientific research which is being currently developed in this discipline at Spanish Universities and, on the other hand, examining which the effective legal protection in Tax Law nowadays, taking into account the recent and relevant news in this field.
More than 60 teachers of this area from Spanish universities will attend the meeting and the will share the objectives and the results of the different research projects linked with it.
These conferences will be closed by the teacher Jose Manuel Tejerizo López, professor of Financial and tax Law at the UNED and the former manager of Tributes at the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
