The new website of the Innovation Centre belonging to the University has just been launched

Through its gateway, you can access to the Virtual Campus and a Customer Attention service is also offered.

The C1NN has redesigned its website completely. A website which includes detailed information about the services that the Centre provides as well as the access to the Virtual Campus. Students from Adaptation Courses to Degree have an exclusive section for accessing to the Virtual Campus since the frequency of their subjects does not match with the rest of the Virtual Campus' subjects.

This new website reproduces all the details corresponding to the C1NN, an entity which researches and develops information and communication technologies to transform them into management and training tools to disseminate knowledge. Among other projects, it has been in charge of several internet portals linked to the University of Oviedo which range from its own institutional website, the Campus of International Excellence's site or the Library's one to the portals of faculties, schools and departments. Furthermore, it has designed and composed websites for entities, seminars, lectures and events related to the University, as well as other national and international projects such as Encycloasturias or the G-9 shared Virtual Campus.

The C1NN has likewise supported other projects like Europeana's website or the TeaCamp virtual mobility programme. Internet is not just the only way in which it performs its activity: through the Media Library and its Graphic Design department, C1NN is able to create video contents and promotion items (leaflets, posters, corporative stationery) for diverse campaigns and services.

Other highlighted initiatives which are also carried out by the C1NN are the e-Administration services from the University, the intelligent card or the OCW- Open Course Ware portal.

In the field of teletraining, the Centre has also a relevant role in the university's environment. The Virtual Campus, created in 1999, has increased its number of subjects until offering 3.100 subjects, with an average number of 80.000 weekly visits from 24.000 students and 2.000 teachers.

All this activity appears extensively explained in the new website, reinforcing its vocation to provide an efficient service to the customer.
