Elections for the post of Rector 2021
Voting will be held between 10 am and 7 pm on Friday, February 12th
A User's Guide has been published regarding the electronic voting system in the elections for the post of Rector, which will be held this coming Friday, February 12th. On February, 11th, voters will get in their corporate email accounts a message that includes a user code together with instructions to follow in order to obtain the PIN number in their mobile phones, as well as a link to the voting site. Voting will be held between 10 am and 7 pm on Friday, February 12th. On the Rector's Office elections website an extended version of the User's Guide can be found, in addition to a FAQ file about the proceedings on how to vote and further explanatory information about the voting system.
Electoral calendar
28 January to 10 February: electoral campaign.
11 February: day of reflection.
12 February: voting.
15 February: provisional announcement of the elected candidate.
16 and 17 February: appeals regarding the provisional announcement of the elected candidate.
18 February: resolution of appeals regarding the provisional announcement of the elected candidate; definitive announcement of the position of Rector and publication.
