Students shall submit their request to the Permanence Committee within the official enrolment period.
The University of Oviedo has opened the official period to apply for permanence in undergraduate, master and PhD studies. Those students who do not comply with the permanence regulation, may request, to the Permanence Committee (belonging to the Social Council), to continue the studies they are currently undertaking. The period to formalize the request online, through the corporate website, is the same as the period to enroll in the chosen courses, either undergraduate, master or PhD courses.
In accordance with the agreement established by the Permanence Committee of the Social Council of the University of Oviedo, on the 1st of July, applications shall include the reasons, or exceptional reasons that justify the non-compliance with the permanence regulation of the University of Oviedo, and the corresponding supporting documentation must be attached. Students may formalize applications online or at the General or Auxiliary Registries of the University of Oviedo.
