The University signs a collaboration agreement with the National School of Forestry Sciences of Honduras

This agreement will promote international mobility of lecturers and students, as well as the implementation of double degrees

The Rector of the University of Oviedo, Vicente Gotor, signed a collaboration agreement with his counterpart at the Honduran university National School of Forestry Sciences (U-ESNACIFOR), Emilio Gabriel Esbeith, aimed at developing joint actions to implement a double degree program and encourage mobility of students between both institutions, as well as temporary stays of lectures and researchers to develop joint research project.

Both the double degree and the exchange of students and researchers will have a significant effect at the Polytechnic School of Mieres, which shares many fields of study with the Honduran university. Signing collaboration agreements that promote international mobility of students and lectures, and synergies to extend the academic offer through double degrees, is one of the cross-cutting of the strategic Project of the Campus of International Excellence.
